Man is fined for using abusive and threatening language
A Gainsborough man has been fined for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be against them.
Lee Burgess, 31, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough, has been fined £760, £76 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
