If you have symptoms of coronavirus including a high temperature, a new continuous cough, or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, you should get tested as soon as possible.
Providing there is availability, you can book in for a test at one of the Nottinghamshire mobile testing sites by calling 119 or via www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test.
There is also a fixed testing drive-through site at the Motorpoint Arena car park behind the BBC building in Nottingham.
You must book in for a test prior to attending a mobile testing unit and locations are drive-through only so you either need to drive or be driven to a site.
The test involves taking a swab of the nose and the back of the throat, which can be done by yourself or by a tester, and you will receive your test result via text or email within 72 hours.
If your test is positive, you must self-isolate immediately.
For more information on receiving your result, visit the NHS website.
There have now been 26,560 confirmed cases of Covid-19 across the East Midlands as of September 3, 2020.
